· Available for online ordering 24 hours a day, or via e-mail or phone if you prefer.
RETAIL SUPPORT
We believe the success of our pattern line comes from rigorous retailer support. We work with you to provide education and motivation for the sale of our patterns and your yarn lines!
Retailers of Kira K Designs patterns have access to:
· Our numerous trunk show samples
· A pattern incentive program: get free patterns for making shop samples!
· An online listing on our retailer page (updated quarterly to include retailers who have ordered in the past year).
· Contracting with Kira to come to your shop for an in-person trunk show and classes.
Payment Terms: Credit card required for initial orders. Subsequent orders can by paid by credit card at the time of purchase, or sent with net 30 terms. We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and money orders. A late fee of 10% will be added for each 5 days your payment is late.
Shipping: Kira K Designs ships primarily US Priority Mail, but can send FedEx or UPS on request (additional shipping charges may apply for alternate carriers or delivery outside the US).
Returned checks: A service charge of $35 will be added for all returned checks.
Minimums: Minimum 3 copies per pattern, minimum $30 per order.
