This sweater is unbelievably soft and interesting to knit, with minimal finishing. The yarn is an organic cotton, and the thick/thin texture and claw cables (one travelling up the back and over the hood like a dragon's dorsal ridge) add to the organic feel of the design. This is a great first cabled project because any unevenness is hidden in the texture of the yarn. The hood and the thickness added by the cables make this a cozy sweater for chilly days.
