This hat uses a very simple stitch pattern that mixes 1x1 ribbing and seed stitch, but looks much more interesting than either. In a solid-color matte yarn this would be a good basic men’s hat. Knit in the round from the bottom up, it can be completed in just a couple hours. This is a great first hat pattern!

110(130, 150, 180) yards worsted weight yarn
size 5 circular needles 16"
size 5 double-pointed needles
GAUGE: 4" = 21 sts and 37 rows in Seeded Rib
